A great place to visit. When I think of the word museum, it gives me impressions of walking around just looking at lots of different things. This is definitely not the case with this place, it's an experience and a fantastic one at that. It's fascinating and well worth a visit for all ages.

Absolute disaster dealing with Viator. I'm writing this to strongly advise everyone: DO NOT purchase tickets through them. I booked museum tickets, which were clearly marked as non-refundable and final sale. I arrived a full 15 minutes before my scheduled entry time, only to be told my tickets had been cancelled by Viator. No explanation, no warning – just denied entry. Then the real fun began. I spent over an hour trying to contact Viator's customer service, but got absolutely no response. Phone lines went unanswered, and my emails have been completely ignored. So, I'm out the money for the tickets AND missed my chance to visit the museum. This isn't just a minor inconvenience; it's a complete scam and a total waste of time and money. Viator is selling tickets they apparently can cancel at will, without any regard for their customers. Save yourself the frustration and potential financial loss – book your tickets directly through the venue or a reputable vendor. Avoid Viator at all costs!
